Greystone Nimod Warship Strikes Unintended Blow against Blink Fitness - Park Slope.

Oblivious to his own patently illegal (and, one might say, incompetent, hubristicly idiotic) actions, Greystone Nimrod General Jeffrey Simpson, in a move destined to go down as the tipping point for Greystone, filed a lawsuit against Eric Richmond for, among other things, telling Greystone Nimrod General's Title company (Old Republic Title) of fraud.

The action, under RPAPL 1501 (commonly called an action to quiet title), seeks to have a deed invalidated.

It seems that the Gresytone Nimrod Lieutenant Attorney, Avery S. Mehlman (and Greystone Nimrod Private Shivani Poddar) are taking their orders for Greystone Nimrod General Jeffrey Simpson.
Maybe they should take a deeper look. For example ....
